We hope you enjoy our new range of bakery products. Really, they are gluten free! Not only that, they are also milk and egg free! And suitable for Vegans.

How to store and use our products

Our products do not contain any artificial preservatives, so please store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to enjoy them for longer. Once opened, store in an airtight container.

To make a golden, crunchy toast allow a bit more time in the toaster (approx. 4 minutes depending on the toaster).

Our breads and rolls freeze really well, make sure you freeze them on the day of purchase and consume within one month. Once defrosted, use within 24 hours and do not refreeze.

Just: Good White Bread—sliced 350g

Ingredients: Water, Tapioca Starch, Rice Flour, Rapeseed Oil, Potato Flakes, Psyllium Fibre, Humectant: Vegetable Glycerine, Stabiliser: Hydroxypropyl Methyl Cellulose, Maize Flour, Sugar, Baker’s Yeast, Salt, Fermented Rice Flour.

Just: Good Seeded Bread—sliced 350g

Ingredients: Water, Tapioca Starch, Rice Flour, Seeds (6%)
(Pumpkin, Linseed, Quinoa, Poppy), Rapeseed Oil, Potato Flakes, Psyllium Fibre, Humectant: Vegetable Glycerine, Stabiliser: Hydroxypropyl Methyl Cellulose), Maize Flour, Sugar, Baker’s Yeast, Salt, Fermented Rice Flour.

Just: 4 Great White Rolls

Ingredients: Water, Tapioca Starch, Rice Flour, Rapeseed Oil, Potato Flakes, Psyllium Fibre, Humectant: Vegetable Glycerine, Sugar, Stabiliser: Hydroxypropyl Methyl Cellulose, Baker’s Yeast, Maize Flour, Salt, Fermented Rice Flour.

Tricky Ingredients Guide

Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose—sounds quite scary but it’s not. Hypromellose is modified cellulose (not genetically modified!). Cellulose comes from plants and is commonly used as a dietary fibre. It is widely used in food industry. At Just: Gluten Free Bakery we use it to give our products the texture of real bread and to help them freeze.
